90 days. One team. Undeniable results.

Most transformations start too big to measure and too vague to defend. The 90 Day Transformation Challenge starts small on purpose: one team, one fixed scope, one quarter — and evidence your board can read.

A transformation you can actually see.

Fixed scope. Real methodology. No multi-year mystery engagement.

The 90 Day Transformation Challenge takes the first four steps of the Blueprint — Challenge, Discover, Blueprint, Transform — and applies them to one team or one value stream. Not the whole enterprise. Not a slide deck about the whole enterprise. One team, working differently, with the numbers to show it.

Why so small? Because small is honest. A pilot you can measure beats a rollout you can only hope about. In ninety days you learn what a two-year proposal can never tell you: how transformation behaves inside your walls, with your people, your regulators, your constraints.

And if the evidence says stop? You stop — ninety days in, not two years deep. That's the point.

How the 90 days run.

Three phases, in sequence. Each one earns the next.

  1. Days 1–15 — Challenge & Discover

We start with the hard question: why do you want to transform? Then we assess readiness — the team, the leaders, the constraints. No building on assumptions.

  2. Days 16–30 — Blueprint

A sustainable blueprint, scoped to this team and this quarter. What changes, who leads it, and how we'll know it's working. Written down before anything moves.

  3. Days 31–90 — Transform

The team delivers value iteratively and incrementally — and we measure it weekly. Not a report at the end. Evidence, every week, for sixty days.

What you walk away with.

Not a binder. Not a backlog of recommendations. Four things you can act on the day the engagement ends:

  • A team working measurably differently than it did ninety days ago.
  • A blueprint scoped for the enterprise — built from what actually worked, not what a framework diagram promised.
  • Leadership alignment on what transformation asks of them, earned by watching one happen.
  • The data to decide what's next — scale up, adjust, or stop, with evidence either way.

Who it's for. And who it isn't.

The Challenge is built for leaders in highly regulated organizations — credit unions, banks, insurers, federal agencies — who carry a mandate to transform and a healthy suspicion of the usual way it's sold. You've seen the big-bang proposals. You've read the case studies with no names in them. You'd rather see proof inside your own building before you commit the whole enterprise.

It fits organizations that can commit one real team, ninety real days, and leaders willing to be in the room. Examiners, auditors, and federal oversight don't scare us; we've transformed organizations where the rules are real and the stakes are member trust.

It is not for everyone. If you want a certificate on the wall without changing how work moves, this will frustrate you. If you want transformation announced rather than demonstrated, there are bigger firms happy to help. But if you want ninety days of honest evidence before you bet the enterprise — this is the shortest distance to knowing.

We don't ask you to imagine the results.
