Written from the work, not the whiteboard.

We only publish what we've actually done.

There is a version of this page that lists a dozen papers on trends we have read about. We would rather have fewer papers and have each one be the account of an engagement we ran, with an organization willing to put its name on the outcome.

That constraint is expensive. It means we publish slowly, and it means a paper only exists once a client has agreed to be identified. It also means that when you read one, you are reading a record rather than a forecast.

Every figure is reconciled against the client's own system of record before it goes to print, and the client reviews the manuscript before anyone else sees it. Where executives are quoted, they are named and titled, and they approved the quote — we do not publish anonymous praise.

The through-line is the Blueprint, our six-step methodology, applied under regulatory constraint. If you want the shorter, numbers-first version of the same work, start with the case studies.

What you get that you usually don't.

  • A named client, not "a leading financial institution"
  • Baselines as well as results, so the movement is verifiable
  • On-the-record endorsements from executives who are named and titled
  • The regulatory and cultural constraints spelled out, not skipped
  • The parts that stalled, and what we changed in response
  • Enough operational detail to act on, not just agree with

Publish with us.

TTCU did not get a marketing document out of the arrangement. They got an independent, evidence-based record of a hard piece of work — one their board could read, their examiners could reference, and their own people could point to years later.

If your transformation is producing results worth documenting, we would like to write it with you. You keep approval over every number, every name, and every sentence. Nothing is published without your sign-off, and plenty of our best work stays private because a client preferred it that way.

How a co-published paper works

  • We agree the question the paper answers, and the metrics that would answer it
  • We reconcile every figure against your own reporting
  • Your executives review, and choose whether to be named
  • You approve the final manuscript before publication
